I've had the m200.... Was nice but not viable as a skirmish weapon purely because no upgrade parts
The weight is nothing !

Fair point there mate, but what has the head start? im aware most internals get replaced almost instantly (like my Bar-10's internals) but what has the best start? and maybe the best looks and feel to go with it in your opinion?

Re: World of the Systema's
nothing has the head start,
many have the power side ( mainly clones ) but lack accuracy and consistancy
tm' have perfect hops, lack range due to lack or power
gas need cleaning and perfecting before using,
barrets are SHITE full stop as are checytec's
DSR's are nearly perfect, just need better seals, mag and better looks
also PTW's Are nearly perfect out the box, Tac's mod make them perfect ... they are made in japan perfected in the UK

So if you wanted the PERFECT sniper you would just choose whetever body you liked and strip the beast out? is there no sniper that has the same pruduction cycle as the systema (japan then uk for tweaks?)

What is your sniper of choice when your out on the field then?
Ok so these snipers you see for £1,300 are a waste of time?

Re: World of the Systema's
See, isn't the Sytema a "PTW"... A professional training weapon? I know it's all marketing guff, but... there's no real way to "Simulate" a sniper rifle in airsoft, the ranges just don't work out and all it would be good for way practising handling.
I reckon a gas operated, shell fed M40/Remington 700 would be ideal...

Are you talking about sniper rifles, as in a hunting rifle style gun, or a long armalite?

mine, fully upgraded TM g-spec
fully upgraded Maruzen L96
and yes the sniper rifles for over a grand are basically aps systems with crap bodies on,
then the cheytec system is useless, can not hit a barn door at 60m using both gas and bolt, hense why you see them on sales section going from one person to another

I've heard that the Asahi M40 is very good, but they are very rare.

Re: World of the Systema's
Im talking about a scurmish sniper rifle which would out range and be more accurate then the rest.

Nice, bit curious... what inner barel are you using?
So basically a huge con :S why spend £1300 on a sniper when you could buy one for £100 and upgrade it for well less than half that!
