  • ok, probably n00bish question but

how does the spring upgrade service work?
do i post it to them? drop it off? or do they collect it?
i was asking cos a spr i just got wouldent reach out past 10M. after a barrel and hop clean.
my friend has left it under the bed for 2 years after the battery died and forgot about it. so the spring was probably still compressed

    Read it properly.

They'll have it picked up and posted back.

And I doubt it's the spring if your SPR won't fire past 10 meters.

Argh Tissue "NOES"!!. You shouldn't do that. As microfibres will stick to the barrel. Use a non fraying cloth.

Re: ok, probably n00bish question but

You could have a broken hop chamber which therefore releases all the compressed air. If your confident enough take the barrel and chamber out and see if theres any cracks/splits

Your best bet is to have a more experienced player take the top off and inspect the hop unit!

It may just need a clean, and a new rubber and bucking. Which would save you about 50gbp!
