Mich helmet cover comms question

On the tru-spec helmet cover you have a flap for comm's gear..

Anyone got any idea what type of equipment this is used with at all? Or photos?



Flap closed on helmet.



Flap open off helmet.

This is not my helmet but it has the same style cover for my multicam helmet.

Any idea?

some use comtac's, others use and adopt the bowman,

seen a few with sordin's

upto you really to see what feels right

I use a bowman type devgru mic but that has nothing to do with the rear of the helmet cover..

I'm wondering why there is a helmet "comm's flap" as all those mic's you just stated also have nothing to do with that part of the helm..

Hmm.. I hope someone can answer me, I mean if its NV Battery cable I could understand BUT it states "comms"..
