Glass Breaker

Hey all,
I have a few projects in mind, but...... I can't find the 'glass breaker' fronts!
Does anyone know what the 'glass breaker' material is called? (NOT glass breaker!
)
Or does anyone know where I can get this material from??

If your on about the emergency glass breaking hammers
They are made from diamond edged tungsten carbide mate
