metal mid caps

right im looking for some metal mid caps.
they are for an SPR, but im gonna use M16 standard 30 rnd ones cos i dont want to spen a fortune on the vietnam ones, plu they are awkward.
so..... im looking for some mids that hold somwhere in the region of 70 to 130 rnds. no G&P ive heard bad things! CA are supposed to not be brilliant either.
anyone help me out?

The ones you want are S-arms G&P or the new VFC ones.

S-arms having the legendary 160 capacity compared to the mear 120 or so from the others.
S-arms are notoriously hard to get, but Jaligam or however you spell it has some for sale, I bought two from him and they are fantastic
