I seem to remember that a large online store named after a big forest in south america did a fairly decent head cam for 24.99 when i was doing research for them back in xmas before skiing.

I've got a micro dv camera - retails around £40, works spot on and the resolution is a lot better than the action cam types, know it's a bit above the £30, but you probably want to make out the picture when watching it, a lot of my family are skydivers and they swear by these little babies, you get what you pay for.
