Left hand draw gun belt?
4 August, 2009, 23:34
Hi guys
I am looking for a gun belt, the typical rig you see in the wild west
ive all ready got a high rig now i want a fast draw rig.
But all the rigs i have found are right hand draw, and i do not want to buy a double holster and then take the right holster off, will look weird
so yes can anyone point me in the direction of a left handed draw
heres a pic if people have no idea what i am on about

Google may be your best friend in this. Try searching for left handed SAA holster.
Results come up for that !

Re: Left hand draw gun belt?
Yea ive searched and searched
i have a left handed holster as it is and a cartridge belt coming
but there are no drop loop holsters and belts for left handed users it seems
may have to learn to do it right handed?
but it keeps me wondering if it will fall out all the time

If you want fast draw, Have it across your belly. Do a Lee Van Cleef

Re: Left hand draw gun belt?
Hah yea have it on the cross draw, i could but i may even learn to shoot right handed and then sell my holster n belt n buy a gun belt rig.
i mean how hard can it be to learn to shoot n spin right handed, i had to learn with rifles to shoot right handed.
Only problem is
if i buy a fast draw rig, im scared the gun will fall out in transit
only reason i want it is so i can do the signature spin into the holster lol even though in real wild west days they wore the same style as i do

Lee Van Cleef, now there's a legend. I've got a right handed rig that i'd sell if you decide to go down that route.

Re: Left hand draw gun belt?
Hm was thinking if i brought a double holster and took the right bucket off it actually wouldnt look as weird as i first thought, pictures were pants and what not
and if i get a second 4 3/4 inch saa at some point i can just stick it in the other bucket
duel wield! or any other revolver for that matter like a Remington 58 if i ever find one
but heres one im interested in
