Id get a well d90 in two tone, buy some .12g bbs with massive seam lines, then give the rest to charity.

I'd dedicate £700 to buying and upgrading the perfect M14...
then....

1st would get a Real Sword Type 56, along with bits and pieces to make a modern version as well.
2nd would be a very Kitted out and upgraded WE M14

1500 pounds hmm .. If a non related to air soft i would buy, actually i would do Bi-turbo for my car :D
If airsoft related then... dont know...
If gun related, i would by AK74, or AK47... from guys that import them from Russia to Poland.. i had once offer to buy AK47 (real one) for a 3000zloty ( around 700 pounds) so yeah i would go for that + some ammo :D
