Shipped back items...
5 July, 2011, 20:49
So, having expected something to be shipped from HK to my house, i find out through tracking that my item wasnt delivered and is being shipped back. What happens now? Its the first time ive shipped something from abroad and i kinda needed it (some gas mags).
Anybody shed some light on what i should do now? Paypal claim? Email asking for it to be re-shipped? Any help appreciated!

Re: Shipped back items...
Get in touch with the couriers asap, they're the ones who can stop it getting on the plane.

Re: Shipped back items...
I have no idea who the courier is mate. I'm not at home (on camp) and havent been home in weeks, just was told there was a parcel waiting for me and that it needed picking up from local post office. Will get in contact with home tomorrow and get it all sorted. If it DOES get shipped back though, what next? Will the company refund the cost minus shipping? Or do i have to do it myself?

Re: Shipped back items...
That must be the 3 week waiting and if no collection the Post office kindly return the parcel to the sender.
Try to ring the post office they were at and see if they can help.
