it has green in it! id copy right it right now and call it green tacs but not blue tacs

i remember learning this in school.
oil paints and water,
or some thing like that, i can't remember
Coz the oil paint is a liquid and floats on the water.
then it's a case of dunking what ever in there.
or some thing like that

a-tacs has green on it if you look at it carefully.

small paint brush and slowly layer it with different colours and adding a touch of white and black on each colour to give it different shades.

I dont get it, what am i looking at, to me it looks like dirty mags? Is that the affect the OP was going for?
