Can't order off Zeroone website, please help?

Its my first time trying to order off Zeroone(not a rif, just a piston) and so far no luck. I've entered my details(name and address, phone number etc) and that stuff but when i click "Ok, all done!", it just comes up with this message:-
"This transaction attempt has failed. Please use the Proceed button go back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.
Status: INVALID

Status Detail: 3078 : The CustomerEMail format is invalid."

What am i doing wrong and why is it coming up with this message?

Check to see if you've typed your e-mail correctly, then give it another shot.
