whats the name?

Ok, I've managed to accidentaly cut and screw up one of the wires that attaches to the motor on my m4....
I'd like to get a replacement but I've got no idea what those wires are called or where to get replacements
Any help or ideas?

Ive replaced mine with a female spade connectors from car parts shop. Just need to fold them 90 degrees.
Edit: Just realised its the wire, your after - 18awg wire / 16awg if it can fit (the lower the number the better the wire) youll only need 16awg wire if your running beefy batteries or 11.1v lipos etc

the spade connectors you need are:
Female spade terminal 2.8mm with tab
