Listen to Music While Skirmishing ?

Hey Guys when ever i skirmish I listen to my ipod Always :D

I listen to my Rise against when i play

So i offten miss my comands from my leader or miss hits but i love it

Anyone else do this ?

i think music will be dodgy, not hearing whats going on etc

Er... yeh of course I listen to music whilst skirmishing:



I actually don't but I thought that ^ was pretty cool :p It's actually designed for an ipod app which is used by marksmen to judge trajectory using wind and distance etc. You type the info in and it calculates stuff for you

i did try it, listening to motor head ace of spades running full pelt threw woods fireing like an idiot was fun but not heering what was going on around me got me shot

I tried it once. It f****d with my senses, as i couldnt hear how much sound i was making, any commands or alerts comming in, enemy fire etc. Although Rage Against the Machine gets you fired up to charge a machine gun or kick through a door, i found that it wasnt worth loosing my hearing for

You know what would be really cool, really loud speakers integrated into the support gunners gun. Then he hooks up his ipod and can play morale boosting music for his team. Like Rage before the team gets ready for a charge. Would be an interesting project...

Well, I don't personally listen to music.. though I guess depending on the situation it's 50/50..

On the GZ weekender just gone -- holding the labyrinth another member of the delta team came through with I guess it was a mp3 or ipod with speakers, probably a phone or radio with pre-loaded tracks or whatever in one of his vest pouches.. but yeah, that is about as close as I got to listening to music out playing airsoft :P

we did once have a p90 hooked up to some speakers and an ipod taped to the stock that was pretty cool but generally no as i like to ambush and stay still and listen alot so it would fudge up any minor twig crunching i could hear
