They've always been good for me. Some U.K shops are indeed cheaper, however you'll find alot of them only post on certain days. So you might have a 3-4 day wait for it to be despatched. Never had this issue with Z1 however

I have ordered from them twice and always received next day, but then I only ever order 'in stock' items online.

I would never order something that is currently out of stock I'm way too impatient.

I order guns from them usually. Due to the free skirmish voucher.

I have ordered stuff from them when its been out of stock, but it was TM, and I had only a few days to wait.

Brilliant service and they always reply to queries straight away, well they do for me anyway :P

i suppose i should have rang up and got them to envelope it for a lot cheaper

I have ordered several times from Zeroone. Longest it ever took was 4 working days. But I am sure that was Royal Mails fault, not theirs

Can't beat there service ordered my gun Saturday night and was shipped first thing this morning. I am quite confident in saying it will be here tomorrow as well

And it arived just as predicted

Whats the free skirmish voucher? I have ordered 3 x G&P VLT M4's, G&P fighting Cat, TM Sig 552, Tm Mp5sd, Tm G36c, 4x TM GBB and I have never received any vouchers.
