Flexible 1" RIS Mounts

Hi
I need to source a 1" torch / scope RIS Mount that is flexible and moves on 3 axis...
Can't find anyhthing that fits bill so I thought I woudl throw the question out there to see if anyone had an idea
All suggestions greatly appreciated

when you say 3 axis what do you mean?
pan/tilt/rotate? or do you want distance from the mount to be adjustable, or vertical/horizontal/tilt?

Correct Major or something that will do the same job as its for a head cam to mount on an IBH but the side rail is angled slightly down and out so the image is not what you are looking at and way too much ground. Scope mounts are just too thick to be flexed
Any ideas?
