New Batteries
24 August, 2011, 08:26
The only battery I have for the weekender is brand spanking new, and it's only been charged once from a long charger/adapter (I don't know the technical term :P ).
But I heard somewhere that you have to give it a long charge a couple of times before you can use those quick chargers (the only one at the weekender) otherwise it has about a ten minute life, is this true?

Never heard this myself, and haven't seen any evidence to support it either

Re: New Batteries
There was a thread a while back saying he (the person writing the topic) quick charged it for 15 minutes and it ran out in ten then there were two or three people talking about long charges. I suppose the only way to find out is to do it at the weekender and if it runs out then it runs out.

Re: New Batteries
If you have a discharger no harm in cycling it. If not, guess you stuck anyway!
