Royal Mail.
25 August, 2011, 19:10
Have done it again.
Rifs are not going to be able to be sent Special Delivery any longer as their new longest length for a parcel is 610mm.
So it has to go differently....Oh and the prices are arround £26.00.
Do they live in cloud cuckoo land?????

Re: Royal Mail.
What about Parcel Force 24hr or 48hr?
Think it's about £12 for 48hr last time I sent something big (STAR SA80!)

Re: Royal Mail.
Looks like we are going to have to use Parcelforce/UPS or some other company. I wouldn't trust RM sending a £300-£400 gun without SD. It'll end up being delivered to the customer looking like mashed potato.

Re: Royal Mail.
Use parcelmonkey and CityLink cost me about 7 quid recorded/tracked by 6pm next day for a big G36 box so no issues really.

Re: Royal Mail.
Just use interparcel or parcel2go. It's alot cheaper than going directly through the courier. Unless you have an account that sends 500+ parcels a week.

Re: Royal Mail.
Last time I had anything to do with interparcel they were a bloody nightmare...Took them three days to pick it up.
Another gripe.....You pay an ott ammount to send it with parcel force...Then you have to pay for insurance...What's that all about...You have contracted them to safelly deliver your parcel then have to insure it????? Why is that then.

Re: Royal Mail.
Roayal Mail charge so much to encourage people to send larger items with Parcel Force who I have used a lot with no problems.
