Urgent! Need help with charger

i know this probably isnt very safe but i need to make a charger out of the above!

Does anyonme know which cable is the negative which comes out of the plug? Or doesnt it matter...thanks....

Need help asap, got 4 batteries to charge by tomorrow

The negative is the one without the white stripe going through it.

I'd go for the one with the white stripe is Positive. In general, they either have a dominant colour (i.e. red), a stripe, or a textured surface or ridge to identify it.

Don't quote me though!

i know which one is negative on the bottom cable but i need to know on the top cable, the one coming out of the charger so i can connect them

By the way i dont think you'll charge 4 batts by tomorrow as what you've got is a slow charger

There are whites stripes on both of the cables

Looks like that's one of the dodgey clone chargers as well. If it is, those are known to catch on fire. Keep an eye on it. Don't charge while you sleep. Even if it isn't Barry is right. Lets say it's 4 x 1200mAh batteries you've got to charge. Given you need to put 1.4x the capacity of a battery through it before it's charged to any use, thats: 4 x 1200 x 1.4 / 450 = 15 hours. And I'm pretty sure you've got bigger batteries than 1200mAh.

Hmmm.

Can you borrow batteries from the site? A repaired clone foreign charger, it's just shouting out for trouble. Might bugger your batteries, worse case fire or shock risk! My local site let me borrow batteries when mine died last time, and for free.
