  • M16A2/3 with M4 sliding stock

    Was just curious if anyone has done this?

    Seen many M4's with full length stocks but never a full length current service M16 with an M4 sliding stock...


    Random I know but ALWAYS been a curiosity of mine :/ some may shoot me alone for asking this lol!

    If anyone has pics please show :D

        Haha if I remember there was a killing spree or a bank robbery where a guy used an m16a1 with an m4 stock and a c mag .

        Forgeten what its called but theres loads of pictures of it.

              There was talk of the US military swapping the solid for collapsible stocks some time ago, I think it was the Marines, accompanied by the usual spiel that they're sticking with the M16 barrel length for higher muzzle velocity.

                  The US Marines were going to use the A2 with collapsible stock but they decided against it as you can't carry a casualty sat on the weapon- you can on the solid stock. I'm sure I remember other reasons but that was the deciding factor.

                  I think they're quite cool, especially the C7A2 above.
