Well as per the heart rate, they said was well above 170 BPM for the spy day,I would go with that as it gets your whole body going more.
Shame it was not more airsoft like. However to still do something like that, is still a great one off thing to do. Thats more or less it, a one off thing to do.

As airsoft players we get to do that each time more or less. I bet even some players beat 180 BPM on a heart rate.

As for the "airsoft" thing on the gadget show.... Um yeah ok, that really doesn't look that fun. For an "experience day", I'd say you'd get better value for money at a basic skirmish that's run by disgruntled midgets.

Come on, we all know if it was a true "spy experience" day, they would be sitting in an office some where trawling through a load of documents, in the vain hope of getting something worth while before heading home to a flat share in Wandsworth because the MI5 wages are so poor (basically civil servant grade wages) that they are broke!

I didn't think it was THAT bad, but it wasn't a great way to show airsoft. They should have come down GZW and had a game with us

Also when that guy pushed himself up with that G36 I got the red mist and nearly shot him (on screen) with my G36 that was oddly propped up on my bed side table...

But, thankfully Five on Demand meant I didn't have to watch it all just to see the "airsoft" part!
