Name that sight!
19 September, 2009, 02:54
Can anyone with the knowhow or the actual eyesight to be able to tell me whether this guys optic is an aimpoint with flip covers or an Acog with some kind of improvised job? and whats that strange bolt thing coming off the side of it over the upper reciever?
If anyone could offer me a hand itd be great!
Thanks
Dave

Re: Name that sight!
Red-dot with flip cover. You can see the front cover is flipped 'towards' the camera, to the left side of the receiver.
I think the 'bolt thing' is actually a trick of perspective, and appears to be above the top rail, rather than parallel.
Hope that helps.

Everyone goes on about how inspiring the story of Anne Frank is, but when I keep a little jewish girl in my attic suddenly THATS NOT OK?

Re: Name that sight!
Nah I got the british version with just irons. Was gonna offload it to get said aimpoint but if that guys CIA (as has been suggested elsewhere) Im just gonna not bother and keep it on my SFW.
Just means the only other thing I need to complete my L119A1 is a sh*tload of krylon now :p
