Identify the parts on this rifle..
23 September, 2009, 16:23
So,
I am thinking about building the C8 pictured at some point..
Ok so the mount below the normal handguard at the front (for the UGL) what is it, and where can I get it from?
And the UGL, is the only one available the longer madbull AGX?
cheers!

Re: Identify the parts on this rifle..
looks to be m16a2 carbine with a flat top m4 upper(dutch/dane ?) elcan , therm mag and hk launcher
the mount could be had from a real steel parts dealer, the star ag36 looks a close match to the launcher

Re: Identify the parts on this rifle..
It's definately a Diemaco C8. The operator is an SBS guy (iirc).
Looks to be a thermold mag, Elcan sight, the grenade launcher is the H&K XM320.

Re: Identify the parts on this rifle..
if i get to play with one of those im joining the SBS
1. Diemaco C8 (carbine, pencil barrel)
2. Elcan (scope version, not red dot)
3. thermold mag (think thats what its called)
4. H&k XM320 (with custom mount)
i cant tell if it has a rubber but pad on that gastly stock but its Diemaco (colt canada) so i assume it has. most probably has the enlarged pistol grip as well.
Gangsta lean, it's not all bad...

Re: Identify the parts on this rifle..
there was an article in AI, how to make your own airsoft one.......(i cant find it at the moment, must have lent that issue out) it mentioned about the barrel being different and the safety also. My memories of it are hazy!
