G&P M16 mid caps are...
26 October, 2011, 19:13
Utterly useless. While getting some practice in I decided to use my newly purchased G&P mags. And every single one of them jams. Completely useless in a skirmish and a waste of money.
Anyone else had this problem with G&P mags?

Re: G&P M16 mid caps are...
The G&P mid cap I got with my Sentry was useless as well. I had to keep banging the bottom of the magazine back into the magwell for it to feed properly into the gun and my CA mids don't lock into place on the Sentry so I'm back to my plastic MAG mids.

I'm sending the back to the retailer and going to try out the King Arms metal mid caps. Hopefully they'll be better quality. It looks like G&P fail at making mags.

King Arms?! You mad?! lol
Get the MAG 190 BB metal mids
You tried wearing the mags in a little, sometimes they want a few fills up to get them going.

That bad aye? Haha. I'll look into the MAG... err mags. Yeah worn them in a fair bit, one mag in particular has had 8 or 9 re-fils.

I have to agree with jag on the MAG mids. Even the plastic ones are fantastic.
I have never heard a good thing said about KA M4 Midcaps.

I sold my whole box a while ago (9 of them). They were always jamming on the last 4-20 rounds. Never buy them! Oh jag, I filled mine a good 30 times each to wear them in, still had the same problem

I have 2 G&P which always seem to manage to jam 2 BB side by side. I dont fill them near the maximum capacity and they still jam.
Ive got 2 classic army ones (look identcal to G&P) and they feed great. I also have 9 EMAGs and 4 PMAGs and they feed faultlessly.

Re: G&P M16 mid caps are...
As everyone above has said, G&P mid caps are absolutely terrible
JAG has the right idea, the MAG 190rd metal midcaps are the bee's knees, but I've found that the plastic MAG 100rd midcaps are pretty good aswell

The plastic MAG mids are the dogs goolies. Never once had a problem with them feeding. I'll most likely invest in some metal MAG mids at some point when I have cash lol.

Guess G&P mids have never improved then. Bought half a dozen for TA2 and they ALL had problems with jamming

G&P mids are just really funny on BB's. I have found that devil blasters and madbulls are the only BB's above a .20 that will feed.
