Re: two tone / quality loss
I would, some people say new drivers are bad drivers, that's not the case. I admit you get the tools and fools who drive like maniacs. But mist new drivers may lack experience but are allot and i do mean ALLOT more cautious. So back to airsoft I do understand that this gets reverses. Meaning most new airsofters with treat there gun like utter crap reducing its life.

All fair and regarded comments. What if a user were a proffesional re painter of some sort. Would that change your views
But then how much would you have to sell it for to recoup the cost?
I suspect, more than it's actually worth

That's not my experience.
My experience, that is, as an ex-forces police driving instructor and 10 years of teaching, assessing and picking up the pieces. If I think that while I see their driving every working day, imagine how other people see them.
Now take that point of view and apply it to airsoft guns. Yes, some will look after them, but there are far more tools than careful users to begin with. Perception is the problem and people will value them according to the damage they assume will have been done to them.

Re: two tone / quality loss
@tisane I got a g&p m16 two toned, if you love a game/ sport/ hobby or watever, asking as your safe with it I don't think the law matters to much.( it does just using this example). I do airsoft allot and wanted a good gun so y is it wrong to buy a good gun and get it two toned?

So why spoil such a nice gun with snot green paint, instead of holding on for your defence, whatever form that may take?
Then you would have a shiny new BLACK RIF exactly how its maker intended.

Re: two tone / quality loss
Your argument about TT (IF) versus realistic (RIF) airsoft weapons is really moot in this thread Ryan, as you aren't yet old enough to obtain either yourself. You may be gifted either of them by an adult though.
I note you've made several swap/wanted threads for your TT guns and imagine that's where your apparent frustrations stem from. Insomuch as, people aren't willing to trade their guns for yours?
Point to note: anybody swapping with you would be breaking the law, even if you are, as you describe, prepared to send your guns first and will even include a can of paint for them to give a "5 minute spray".
You aren't old enough to obtain RIFs/IFs off other forum members mate.
There's a scammer operating openly on this forum. Please be aware of who you're dealing with.

Re: two tone / quality loss
1) yes my guna were gifts
2) no that's not the reasin, I've sold 2 guns before this in person
3) you say I'm not old enough to optain yet you say I may have been gifted them by an adult so yes I can by some means obtain them
As for quoting messages ect I find that a little disrespectful posting it here when you could have easily private messages me

Re: two tone / quality loss
Erm, no, sorry, as someone who is under 18, you are not allowed BY LAW to purchase RIFs/IFs (that includes trade as there's a monetary value to the deal)
So that's that!
