Brand New Gun for sale. Only used a few times! AGHHHH!

Just wanted a few views from people about this little subject thats starting to drive me crazy.

For some unforseen reason, only on airsoft forums, is it acceptable to sell something as 'brand new' when in fact, it has not only been out of the box but also used a few times!!!
Come on guys, if its been used, ITS NOT NEW!! You wouldn't walk into a shop and buy say, a playstation only to find its been used and accept it? would you?

I love the fact that every time I look on here there is something that takes my fancy. All of us airsofters know, it is one of those sports that will have you wanting new kit all the time. However much you already own. I just want to stop this practice of selling 'brand new only used a few times guns!'

*RARE* is a pet hate of mine, 9 times out of 10 I could find the item new cheaper, some think because they owned it it's worth more, just f*** off :p
*CUSTOM* is another, putting paint on a rifle does not make it custom, it does not add value, grips on a pistol, switching out stocks etc, again RAM IT :p
I've been lurking on forums for near 15 years, airsofting longer, I'm a bitter old fart, but users are getting worse as airsoft gets more popular, too many chancers :p

I don't actually mind if someone says "like new" but saying something is new then it clearly has 80% of the paint missing.....yeah jog on mate.

Not sure on make: I brought it from a market for less than £20.

Still boxed, like new: My mum found it and told me I can’t keep it.

Don't have time to repair: It's beyond repair.

Very rare: They were recalled by the factory due to users receiving major burns to their hands.

Collection prefered: I know I'll only end up having to sort the issues out via PM otherwise.

Buyer must be U.K.A.R.A registered: But I won't actually bother to check.

Well built: I hit it against a rock and it barely scratched it.

Well maintained: I once squirted it with silicone oil.

Real steel parts: I added a scope from my .22 rifle.

Open to offers: I am desperate to get rid of this piece of rubbish and will take anything.

Swaps only: There is no way I could ever get any money for this.

Bump: I'm not suprised no one wants this pile of junk, I don't want it either.

Final bump: I'll re-list it with better made up specs later.

I’m quitting Airsoft: I’ve been banned from all my local sites for cheating.

Selling due to ill health: I received serious burns when the electrical wiring shorted out.

Scope has slight ghost: You can see casper when you take aim.

Selling for someone else: They are currently serving time for armed robbery.
