  • Whats the best way of carring a rifle on your back.

    Right here’s the score.

I have my WE M4 on a 3point sling that fits perfectly with no problems. I can drop it and the gun remains in a stable position ready to be drawn again.

My USP is on my waist which again, is fine.

And now for my KJW M700. As some know i have customised this gun into a carbine sniper type thing. So it is about the length of a M4 with fully extended stock.

I would like to carry the M700 on my back during my woodland skirmishes. However how would i go about slinging it? I have a full MOLLE vest so i can utilise that if i need to.

The key to this setup is stability, i don’t want to keep having to put the M700 back on my back every five mins. Even if this means i have to spend a few extra seconds de-slinging it from my back.

If anyone has any suggestions/advice please advise.

    Thanks in advance.

    Andy.

This link should be OK as it's a manufacturer who doesn't ship to the UK:

      http://www.spectergear.com/cc.htm

The perfect solution using nothing more than a 3 point sling!

I use this to hold my full stock MP5 and it has never fallen out once but it does take a good 10 seconds to get out.
It is also big enough to hold an Ares M60 with box mag attached.

I'm not sure on the make of is as I got is on an action site and it was unknown brand.

          you need a sherpa!

Or choose one main weapon, and go with that... or are you working towards your "one man army" perk?

One man army, ahhah i havnt head that since i played codmw1. Love it!! I am really, my M700 is set at 490 fps with a 0.2g and has a range of just over 100m which is perfect for those long range shots that my M4 cant get.

I'd suggest Huskey Amentum Slider Sling. Just zip it tight when you want the rifle on your back and pull it loose when you need it.

You don't need to, it works with any 3 point sling.

an sa80 sling would do you proud! (still think you should go with a sherpa!)

I use a shotgun scabbard to carry my KTW 1873 Winchester carbine.
