What is my gun?

HI guys, just picked up a new gun in a trade and to be honest I'm not 100% sure what it is..

First of all when firing i notice that a random shot every now and then will go way off target. It shoots a huge grouping.

Any idea what this could be...

I'm also looking at swapping out the Hopup unit and whack in a TB barell. Any idea where to look??

That is a MC51.

Also Zero one is the only shop in the world.

It's a modified, shorter version of the G3 based on the Version 2 gearbox.

Change Hop Rubber/ Nub and/ or change the barrel to sort the shooting issue.

Yeah some have said M41 some MC51 some G3......

Apparently It's CA but i cant find any trades on it?

Check the motor for markings, assuming it is the original one!

If it's Marui it will have a plastic body and TM's name somewhere on it.

It has Metal body and RIS etc...

Need to know what it is though in order to source some parts...

Anyways, its not a TM, so that only leaves CA as a manufacturer?

That is what I was thinking and being the problem is bad grouping it could be JG...

I know every AEG can break but alot of JGs have very bad groupings out of the box.. Its a hit or miss problem...
I had two JG MP5s both had bad grouping and one had a range of only 20 meters. I now have a custom TM MP5 and when it was standard the range and grouping on it was out of this world compared to the JG MP5.

Ive had very bad experiences with jg mp5s. Although the g36 is stronger than my house. But the mc51 would be closer to their m4s and hk416s as its a v2 box. So chances are its pretty good. Check the motor mate, jg motors are plain black with no markings.
