Re: zeroing a scope
Shoot target at desired range, adjust scope to center where the BBs are hitting?
Your scope got adjustment screws or is it fixed?

Re: zeroing a scope
From an AI article;
Wait for a nice windless day for this job
Affix the rings to your rail tightly
Place your scope in the lower ringd then lightly clamp it in place so you can still slide the scope back and forth
Hold the gun in your usual position slide the scope back and forth untill the eye relief is where you want it to be
Make sure the scope is straight and tighten up all the rings
Then use this print out it tells you every think to do on the sheet;

Then use a target like this to make sure the weapon is hitting where it is supposed to;

Re: zeroing a scope
If you want to be scientific about it, you can get a vice, put kitchenroll or something to protect your paint, then clamp the gun in your garden on a windless day. look down the scope how you would in a game (though this is difficult). and then set up your target, at a decent distance, shoot a couple of shots see where they are going then adjust your scope to the lowest power, and zero it, (doesn't matter if you do up down first or windage first)
Then increase the power of your scope and re-zero when you're at the full power and it is zeroed you're zeroed across the range of zooms.
oh and if you wear a facemaks make sure you are wearing that when you zero because it changes where your head sits on the gun.
hope this helps

These are the adjusters you use and correct you use a flat head screwdriver. Turning these adjust the crosshairs the one on top adjusts it up and down and the one on the side adjusts side to side ... skip to 1:40 on this video and do as the guy says

Re: zeroing a scope
pureairsofts link "the easy to way to sight in" blala is actually the best method and ive tried and proven it..
just a case of taking into account a sort of "bullet drop" when firing but the most important thing is that the bb is flying straight down the scope reticle without any factors playing into it first..

Re: zeroing a scope
my parents had an extension built onto our house and if i open all the doors its really long, One when they were out i used it as a firing range. When they seen all the bb sized holes in the wall they werent happy

Re: zeroing a scope
Don't forget that if your hop isn't perfect and at least 90% consistent you are wasting your time.
You will have to zero it for at least MED + 5-10m or you are wasting your time. If your test range isn't this long you will have issues.
Fire at least 10 rounds before adjusting each time
