Re: Dot Sights and Scopes on Pistols
more importantly, how on earth did they attach stuff to a P99! the adapters aren't available anywhere, and it would have been much simpler to use the clamp around style RIS system surely?
forgot after gen 1 they had a rail on the bottom. damn maruzen, why you build GBB based on worst design ...

No offense, but that is a demotivational poster, a pisstake, are you stupid? seriously? think before you post, red dots are used for fast aquisition in target shooting, small 1.5-20 teles on hunting pistols but that picture, really, my faith in my fellow softer yet again withers away

I think the original poster understands that it's a demotivational poster rather than a serious picture, but he's using it to illustrate his point, that he thinks they're a bit silly...
Why worry? Nobody died.

Lady Astor (first woman MP in the House of Commons): "Mr Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd put poison in your tea."
Winston (getting unsteadily to his feet): "Madam, if I were your husband ... I'd drink it."

No shit, of course I understand its a de-motivational poster seeing as I pulled it of motkifake. Like cjftw said I used it to humorously illustrate a point that, in my opinion adding optics to side arms is pointless in my opinion (as they are meant to be something you can quickly pull out of your holster in an emergency).
Don't say "no offence" and then blatantly imply I'm stupid.

Hmm...
I should put an acog on a luger then
Lady Astor (first woman MP in the House of Commons): "Mr Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd put poison in your tea."
Winston (getting unsteadily to his feet): "Madam, if I were your husband ... I'd drink it."

In fairness, while most are hi-capa based, any obvious race gun looks OK with a sight mounted.
