Hi Capa 5.1 and green gas

Just wondering if it would be ok to use green gas in my Hi Capa 5.1 as ive heard mixed views on it but want a definite answer. Basicly it was completely standard until the other week when after using Abbey Ultra gas it blew the O-Ring off of the piston head and cracked the muzzle. Ive replaced the origional piston head and muzzle with guarder enhanced parts but now back on 134a gas its firing dissapointingly low (about 220fps). So would it be ok to use green gas in the gun ? Remember this still has the stock plastic slide.

You *probably* should be okay. Dont take my word for it, But usually TM guns, even though designed to only run on 134a due to japanese legislation, can run fairly decently and reliably on green, even in stock condition. You might need to change an O ring here and there, and your slide, may, eventually, crack, but personally, id go for it, and get a metal slide and upgraded recoil spring at some point in the future

I have used only green gas and abby ultra in mine since iv had it, i always have an always will an dit hasnt broke or skipped a beat. so i would say yes you will be fine, but like anything your gun might decide it dont like it. If i was you i would use it mate.

Just had a can of Z1 green gas arrive, so i will run some through it later see how it holds up. cheers for the help guys
