anybody no why he is banned?

sent him some grenades, a launcher, bbs and gas in exchange for a rc car a few weeks ago but still not received anything, and obviosly since he is banned i cant get in touch with him.

He was banned for continuing and constant breaching of classified rules, depite being told over and over again.

He was only banned for two weeks so will be back.
