The orange tip law throughout the country only applies to selling the gun at retail, local laws then determine whether or not it needs to remain in place (I believe).

Nice to meet you. I've spent a lot of time state side (but only on the East Coast so far) but have yet to play airsoft their. Its nice to see an American with a European load out as most American airsofters almost always have a US loadout.
