    Noob alert !!

    Hey guys I'm new around these parts,

    I'm 27 and have been in to airsoft for a couple of months now. I've got a few mates who are airsoftrs and Have never understood why they would dress up as soilders and run around shooting plastic balls at each other. I now know.
    I have been to two night CQB games and a day game which kind of blew my mind and changed my view of airsofting completely. I am due to go to a site called the sandpit next weekend and cant wait if I'm honest. I have started to put a kit together by visiting local army surplus stores and am looking to buy my first gun very soon. Looking forward chatting and have found this site quite usefull so far.

        ha ha ha, you're in for a BIG treat! although be warned, the usual people that go there might not be so friendly to newcomers, not all of them, but some.

          Yeah I have been a bit worried about that but so far everyone Ive come across so far has been welcoming towards me and other newbies. One guy came over and lent me gloves which he let me take in the end.
          The group I'm going with is a mix of mates with varying experience. Right from a couple of veterans down to few who have never been before so I should be fine. I'm not renting I'm borrowing a friends g&g gr16 which I hope to eventually buy.

            well I wish you the best of luck at the sandpit, it's a great site. take plenty of water though, if it's a hot day, it's gonna be proper roasty toasty.
