I'm an airgun guy(sorry!!)fell into the hobby over the last couple of months. I'm an "end of the world bag" type of bloke and asked my best mate who's the commander of the police firearms unit in brum what my best most legal protection would be if everything went tit's up. He pointed me down the road of getting an airgun as if i applied for a shotgun permit with the reason being "it's for my end of the world bag" i'd have no chance
