I have a friend who is a direct supplier of WE products, I asked him about this project and he said there was too many complications, amongst licensing issues e.t.c. And as far as he knows it has been shelved for the forseeable future. Although I would like to be proved wrong

(in seriousness, no news in a long time. Any video by WE is immediately swamped with comments saying "where is P90!". Personally I'm more interested in the aug though).

Yeah, it was mentioned in one of Evikes videos. No footage or images yet though. It's mentioned here along with their "revolutionary" MP5

Theres also a prototype video on Youtube of it fireing.

It was at the 2011 shot show, but WE stupidly decided to display with full FN trades but with no licence to do so. Due to this Umarex/Cybergun came along and took it, replaced it with an LPEG P90. Since I think they have been in licencing talks with Cybergun in order to release it.

Also read that they where having issues with the magazines, literally exploding out of the gun ripping the reciever off in some cases. Though I think they may have solved that but I can't be certain.

No one seems to know anything about it, and it wasn't mentioned and the 2012 shotshow at all. Probably going to have to wait until the 2013 shotshow for any more news.

I head that the MP5 will be released in Q4 this year aswell as the AUG but again can't be sure.
