Well their M4's are fantastic, internally and externally.
Unfortunately the hop units on the Armalistes aren't the best.

It's probably a bit like the M249 I have, you pay most of that hefty price tag for the supreme externals, but internals will need looking at I would imagine.

not really.. the EBR version is pretty much what has kept the M14 in service, makes it a usable and viable weapon on the modern battlefield.

Considering a lot of US ARMY Marksmen are getting Enhanced Battle Rifles instead of the M16 DMR I'd say theyre definitely not a disgrace or a tacticool wannabe rifle.

Re: G&P EBR Mk14 Mod 1
I think what he means is to have gone from the clean and lovely looking M14 with a wooden stock, to this. I don't think he means it is a crap weapon just a crap looking weapon. looks are in the eye of the beholder though. I love the Original M14. Thats what a battle rifle should look like. I don't usually like this sort of thing. Any M4 is pig ugly to me but in a strange way I quite like this. Certainly in my opion better looking thatn all the M4/16 variants out there.

I meant it in the way jfox explained it, they just don't look nice compared to the original and socom versions.

Re: G&P EBR Mk14 Mod 1
Ratty , Doc. here right theres a review i did on Manc a-s in the sniper section on my old G+p ebr 14 ,
All thats differnt here with there new line is instead of G&P just making the reciever and dropping in all the TM interenals ,they have added there own 7mm gearbox ,hop unit and other bits and bats
The recievers are top draw ,very good asthetics (ok not everyone likes them but im sure ratty didnt ask that )
As for the internals ive read a few things about the spur gears in these g-boxes giving up the ghost after a few 100 rounds ,something to do with the design of there m14 g-box and there very fast 120 moter , BUT i know a retailer thats offering an 18 month warrenty in the UK
Or if you have a m14 (im sure you used to ) just buy the kit £400 or so then when you get board sell it me ,because im after one

I find that Ironic when you have an XM8 on your sig lol
Yeah I saw these last week on a HK site, I like them. G&P externals combined with TM M14 internals would be nice.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! The XM8 is a brilliant example of Ergonomics and firearm excellence as well as a textbook case of trying to throw too many features at your intended client that the original message of increased reliability gets lost and you lose your sale.
The real EBR I'm sure is a very excellent gun. For airsoft however, Tan, Machined metal, More RAS than you could possible need, and Magpul, Tacticool if there ever there was a dictionary definition.

Wannabee???????
Real deal, they exist.
I admit, the colour of it isn't great, but were i to get one, it would probably get a spray job anyway.
To be honest, the conversion is tempting....
