deep fire new type of hop unit for m4?

Heya guys ot sure if anybody else has seen this but deep fire have released a new hop unit and barrel set for m4s and such that seems to mimick the ptw system

This actually came as standard in there top of the range series at one point, and is actually ment to be quite a good improvement

But on its own i think my mate said its gonna cost around £100, thats with the hop and barrel

hmmm i wonder why they stopped making their premium range aegs

they were bad ass!

came with different rail systems with licensed marking and all

You could likely get a good airseal. In terms of hop performance, it'll be about as consistent as you like, but the lack of "give" will probably make it rather unforgiving. It might be OK in high ROF applications though, since regular hops seem to suffer from a quite a lot of deflection when you put bursts through them.

Regular TM-style hop units can achieve a level of consistency beyond that that most BBs provide, so you are just strengthening links around the weakest one unless you are willing to use supremely good BBs.

one review showed a consistency of +/- 1 fps and a fps bump of 13 fps

Looks interesting. I liked their old 6.02 barrels. As for good hop ups the Pommy neo is very highly rated. I love the look of the prowin but have heard some good and some bad reviews (fitment issues). Standard hop ups the king arms is supposed to be one of the best ( according to hunterseeker the rhop guy)
