Too late to edit...

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
On the subject of these, what do you guys who have one of these typically find is the ammount of pistol mags you can fill from one of these?

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
I have one but never tested it yet so don't know I will let you know though in a few minutes when i try. You have my curiosity awoken.
Ok Just tried it. I got 3 KSC system 7 1911's and one WE M9 Mag. Personally I think that is quite good, But it is still an expensive way to carry gas.
Just to add mine is the M26 oval shaped Grenade, as carried by the Brits, and not the M67 ball grenade but as far as I am aware they are all the same capacity.

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
I think the price you pay is definately worth it. Far better than carrying a great dirty gas can, and it looks cool too.

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
Thanks for checking that out JFox.
And I've went and ordered one from HK, only £30 posted. The looks plus practicality is what I think makes it such a good buy.

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
To Crotmate. I definitely agree with you they are far far better than carrying a can and do look cool.
Yes also, I think it is worth the outlay to look good and it is a practical piece of kit. A bit fiddly to use because you have to take the spoon off to refill the mag. In the field that's a bit of a pain.
But it is still a fairly expensive piece of kit. Still, I would definitely get another.

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
Also, what with it being made by VFC you know it isn't gonna fall apart on you.

Re: VFC M67 Grenades
Used mine in anger for the first time at the Mall today. Kept me in a 45 minute game just using 4 KSC 14rd mags. Awesome bit of kit.
I can confirm however that it is a bit of a pain unscrewing the spoon assembly which protects the fill valve. You just need a quiet protected place to do it and you will be fine.
