LCT displayed the NPO AS-VAL, the Russian company which makes the only ones on the market at the minute

It is indeed a G43, and it's not a prototype or upcoming release unfortunately. It's a custom jobby by the chap on the right.

doesnt look like a sks to me could be a G43 or a SVT-40
trading WE M16A1 for CYMA or RS SVD with PSOP
