New stuff announced in HK
10 January, 2014, 20:48
Just watched a youtube "sneak peak" video, not sure if I can link it since it's not Z1 but another retailer, so I haven't, but said video has so new stuff announced.
A&K Mini gun; while very brief it was shown to have a spinning barrel. Or barrels, there's six and I'm easily confused. 100 rounds a second, and built from aluminium, not sure what CA was built from.
PTS with their new M4 GBBR, a mid cap with a whopping 150 round capacity!
APS C02 CA870. a C02 shotgun made by APS. shown with shells, these you fill with C02 and 12 bbs and then cover with a cap, think it was 6 + 1 capacity. Not sure how this will hold up to TMs 870 though.
KWC with various C02 pistols, such as the P08, C96, several revolvers.
I've literally just watched it so I've not tried searching for more yet.
While I'm not familiar with APS or KWC, I think we all know PTS, and I really want that GBBR!

Here's a video of the shotgun, with no retailer mentioned or linked (As far as I can see?)
There's a scammer operating openly on this forum. Please be aware of who you're dealing with.

I thought pts pulled out of the airsoft market because of clones making their way into real steel use? And edgar brothers...

Re: New stuff announced in HK
Magpul PTS ceased trading as airsoft stuff and clones made their way into real steel supply chains.
PTS continues to exist without the MAGPUL prefix, but still makes some bits and bobs magpul shaped but with no logos. They also now are free to make replicas of other manufacturers stuff. My understanding is that whomever they make replicas for, the Airsoft must be instantly and obviously diffrent in some way to the real stuff. So maybe a black panel in the body, or a sligtly diffrent colouration...whatever.

That shotty in the vid rocks. I like it. Shame about the shell ejecting tho as it makes it pretty unskirmishable for me.

Re: New stuff announced in HK
Magpul PTS are PTS they simply re named to PTS when Magpul decided to exit the airsoft industry.
Those APS Shotguns may or may not be legal in the UK. They use a self contained gas system like the Tanaka Casseopia System which is illegal in the UK. However Moscarts use a similar system and are legal. We'll just have to wait and see.
Strange that no one has mentioned that these videos are all taken at the HK Toy and Games Fair.
The laptop is mightier than the pistol.
