what happened to JG?

hey,

i have been out of the sport for 6 months petty much, and am just getting back into it, one thing i have noticed is that there is a distinct lack of JG around, whereas last year they were flooding the market.

what exactly has happened and where have they gone?

pretty sure they have recently re opened as their 2010 lineup is appearing

its moving to hong knong and getting reopned in june

i am guessing legal issues from the Chinese gov.?

sweet, cause i was looking for their stuff, as a couple of mates are looking to get into airsoft but cant really afford much, an JGs are a good start

Yeah they're moving to hong kong man. But I still wont be buying a JG gun soon...

nowt wrong with 99% of JG guns and most of them surpass even TM .

I look forward to seeing the new line up hitting our shores.

One thing I will say is a newer JG is not much cheaper than a TM but you do get a lot more for your money

and in the latest jg line ups you are also getting metal bodies and mosfet's fitted as standard.

how are people getting new JGs already then?

hah and i agree with the no one leaves, they just take a long break. the past months i was constantly saying to myself i need to sort airsoft out and get back to it soon. pleased i am

Jing Gong are not moving to Hong Kong. I believed that rumour too, but then checked it out and after a couple of weeks I got a reply which said "they're not",

looking at the new jg s-systems, i looks ok but price look much higher now

yeah prices are higher. might go down when more retailers get them in.
