A&k m60 mk43

A&K M60 Mk43 Mod0 Seals.
Retailing at £350, looks like an intresting bit of kit. Lots of metal, and an intresting system whereby the ROF can be adjusted. Apparently a special mosfet-like chip allows for the ROF to be varied.
Hot swap spring design has been carried from the M249, as has the hopup system, which apparently is no better than the 249 ones were. 3500rnd box mag inculded, but no battery it seems.
Weighs in at 6 and a bit kg.
There are some better pictures, but they are on a competing retailer, so I thought I'd better not.

Re: A&k m60 mk43
Do we know is the hop unit is exactly the same as th 249? As if it were it could be replaced with the CA version as with most peoples A&K M249's!?
If not, a TM hop rubber and new nub would no doubt help...

Re: A&k m60 mk43
Well, the reatailer I found stocking it has a pretty in depth description. Says there that the bucking is " a little soft" and "needs to be set to full to even work", which is what the 249 ones did. The hop unit also looks exactly the same.

Re: A&k m60 mk43
Interesting, but I feel for the money its overpriced.
I mean the STAR one would most likely be better for only a little more.
