Geeky gadgetry

Gents, firstly not too sure if this link is allowed, so Mod's happy for you todo your thing but just found this link on battletac.com.
It would appear that by using a gps enabled phone you can have a Bowman/blue force tracker style team tracker.
It seems that by using google earth you can visibly track your team. It is just a beta at the moment, but free.
Anyone heard of it or used it?

Re: Geeky gadgetry
Only heard about it the other day and won't be in a position to use it for a while.
I think it would be sweet at a woodland game or anywhere big and open.
