This does have trademarks and is a gen 4 not gen 3(like the VFC) SCAR. The upper and lower are also a much better match of colour than on any other SCAR AEG so far.

And yes I have handled one and there was no creakiness to it I could tell.

I thought Cybergun bought exclusive trademark rights to the SCAR? That's the very reason VFCs don't ship with them now.

What's Gen 3 / 4?

Apparent 'colour match' really depends on lighting. The same SCAR will look different under studio lighting, direct flash and daylight so it'll be interesting to see it in the flesh. I've even seen RS ones looking very different in different pics.

TM have licensed through madbull and are in fact the only company to have officailly done it, and obvisouly madbull go through cyber gun hence there higher pricing on the latest models..
