Womble: The 390fps is probably because it's a Japanese version you got. You can change the screw in the mag to allow more gas through. Some guides are on other forums.

MiniSnipa...don't expect a quick reply to your email, took a week to reply to mine.

I got mine from RSOV and by the time it arrived, raped by customs and bad exchange rate it cost me £600.

It does sound like their QC is not good and you take the risk on getting a bad one, not good when they cost so much.

I may still get a M200 if the price is not mega high, love that rifle...:D

I have played at GZ a few times and am going to GZ urban on Sunday.
Other than that I'm head marshall at MIA in Cornwall.

I have looked everywhere and can find no mention of mods to the magazine.

ARES give you 3 different rated springs with the gun to alter the power output, even using the hardest spring and green its still 390fps. I have cut up a 150% spring from a VSR but that still gives similar power.
The only thing I can see to change on the mag is to install a high flow valve.

IMHO the cheytac m200 is nothing without the intervention system its based on. The airsoft version is only for people who like the gun in Shooter (the one he shoots the can with at a mile is the m200 for anyone who wants to know what it is) go on youtube and type in cheytac intervention system. Its basically a computer that calculates everything for you so you can shoot center mass of a body at 1000 yards easier. In airsoft this gun is just another glorified rifle.

I really dont see alot of potential for this gun at that price tag for what it is. But this is my opionion

The whole idea of airsoft is either practicality or "Buy your fav gun"

In these cases its Buying your favourite gun

I want this so i will get it when i can because i love the gun
