  • New Well (chinasoft) sniper rifle

Just seen this on a popular airsoft site.

Erm... Not sure what to think of it...

It's the Well MB-10, cannot for the life of me work out what it's based on... Looks to me like a cross between an L96, a Dragunov and a GOL...

Fluted barrel, which looks nice (Well... I think it is anyway!)

Presumably based on APS2 parts, so should be fairly compatible upgrade wise.

Retails around the same price as a Well L96, same FPS and similar aspects as well.

Any more info is welcome, I'm intrigued as to what gun it's based on or if it's just been made up from scratch.

    I looked at that yesterday.

If I still had my decent sniper I would have bought that purely for the stock then binned the rest...lol.

In fact if I had any of my L96's.

The stock is certainly unique... If I had the money to throw around I'd probably do the same!

I would deffo get one If I had an L96.

The vsr is a nice rifle but so uncomfortable to twist your wrist to hold it properly.

The best bit with a thumb hole is comfort to hold. Then being skeleton gives a slight variation on the millions of sniper rifles out in the field.

Yes... I am aware of this... I don't intend to buy it, and I am fully aware of the laws regarding the purchase of RiFs.

I agree, it's very unique. It looks very comfortable to hold as well, looks very nice with all the curves...

Looks like its a VSR in a L96-esque stock, the receiver doesn't look like an L96 one. The flashhider does so it looks to me like they're having a go at an L96 with a twist with VSR parts.

looks like a vsr reciever and flutted barrel (the ones pdi make for vsr)
so it could be vsr compatible? i.e put tm internals instead of well

Don't think so, I know Well already do a VSR-esque clone, which has a fluted barrel just like this one. As far as I remember, it's not VSR compatible, but don't quote me on that, probably worth checking up.

very likely to be a vsr base, as it has pretty much the same bolt and ejection port and rail locations. like it though . if i knew about this i would had never got a wa2000.
