Looks like California might have to go Two Tone!
Im not sure if i am allowed to post a link to 'a popular video sharing website' so just search 'Stand With Us Against CA SB798' for the video

The thing is america is one of the main markets and all of the asian freight comes through california so it will start massively effecting us if this gets past.

Re: Airsoft Bill in California CA SB798
Seen the video, plenty of them are up in arms against the "Rainbow Gun" ruling XD It's made me laugh how some have gone to town against it, however haven't they gotten the NRA involved too? Plus, they already have the Orange Tip ruling inplace, why follow us and go Two-Tone?
I think they should just go all out and have to skirmish with Hot Pink Airsoft guns. :D

Doesnt it say all black guns will be banned and not be allowed to use at any airsoft site in america.
This would seriously kill the RIF market and supllies

Re: Airsoft Bill in California CA SB798
-Constitutional right to bear arms. You can walk into WalMart, buy a loaf of bread, 2 gallons of milk and an assault rifle with nothing more than a quick 30 minute "while you shop" background check.
-Airsoft is evil, no realistic looking toy guns for you.
Oh America, you make me laugh sometimes.
Dont california have some stupid gun laws anyway? Cali seems to be the 'tard state for guns, like how an automatic shotgun with a 50 shell drum mag is fine, but anything with a pistol grip is banned, so they have things like armalites with shotgun/L96 type stocks so theres no pistol grip?

I think it's great, its sooo easy to require an actual firearm in california, and lets face it the majority of people don't know the difference it should make things a lot safer.

Re: Airsoft Bill in California CA SB798
dont see the problem , they just start up a registration scheme as the uk did so only legit airsofters can own them and two tone for everyone else
if you watch the retarded/ comical airsoft reviews that 11 year old american kids put on you tube then not surprising this is happening.

i got this amazing echo1 gun, it fires at 600fps right out of the box so its clearly better than shitty tokyo marui guns, right? Its also an m4 which makes me special forces now k.

Apart from being a massive pain in the arse and involving proving to the government that you're responsible enough to own a toy?
F*** that.
And there's no evidence that such a scheme could even be allowed.
Besides, it doesn't just affect Commiefornia, it could potentially affeect the rest of the US. Most of the major online retailers are based there and will have to comply with the law.
Likewise, Failiforniastan is also the main port of call for most overseas import, so it'll also affect non-cali based retailers who will have to comply with Cali's ass-backwards laws.
