its not a we looking at the vid looks to be a Wa type gbb lower but it does look a very nice bit of kit

Definitely not WE, as when he pulls back the charging handle the bolt comes back (of course :D) the whole bolt comes back, which is what the WA one does.
Whereas the WE Tech one doesnt bring all the bolt back, it has the barrel and hop chamber showing.

ebayhihi is an email address used by one of the China megastores for airsoft gear. So I don't think this is the WE one which is in the works, or maybe it is? I dont know.
