I've seen one on you tube which utilised and elastic band and removing something inside.

Sadly, it meant you either emptied it in one trigger pull or didn't fire it at all :p

But this mod is also often done with a hi-cappa so may be worth looking that up as well.

Hm I haven't seen any reliable fully auto 1911 conversions. I know it's possible with some pistols - I just converted my Marusen PPK to fully auto and it's perfectly reliable and controllable, but not sure about a 1911.

All they need to do now is release an AMT Hardballer + Longslide with Long mags! Happy Days!
