Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
UAV's should be designed to be Shot down by the other team, Otherwise someone will get very angry when someone does anyway.

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
they could easyly make them like the airhogs, not sure if u remember these when you where younger?
Made out of foam and stronger as hell, replacement parts where cheap and easy to find, same concept could be used...

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
That what I was thinking, that current Madbull UAV seems a bit over the top for airsoft

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
no it isnt LtPurcy. This is exactly the same as all the people, who dont understand the physics behind it, have commented on the youtube page. When you load say, 5 bbs into it, you have to divide the power between the 5 bbs. so although just the one is shooting at 880fps, 5 of them will only be shooting at 180 odd fps each, so its not so bad.

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
No offence, but that UAV looks rubbish. It looks cheap, makes a lot of noise, and it doesn't look like it goes very fast. Also, when it gets shot down (and it will) it looks like it could get really damaged.

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
That shotshell is nuts! Probably made in conjunction with the Airsoft Surgeon shotguns.
And that UAV would be really cool in big enough sites, but yes, it WILL get shot down by some plonker. Also, it's only real noisey in that clip because of the room it's in. Above woodland with all sorts of skirmishing going on, wouldn't be that noticable.

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
i almost bought an RC helicopter that was fitted with a camera- less than £200 too
still might
- theres also one that can drop bbs for £70
so fix the BB dropper to the helicopter with camera - and bingo UAV with gun
but theres some cool things from madbull - liking those gas grenades

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
now, i wonder as to wether the shotty shell would fit the Wa Shan mad max sawn off. The Wa Shan shell were crap, and pretty hard to find, so this could be good.

Your logic is flawless...... one bb at 880 is sitill a bb at 880 fps and if you get hit by it you'll know for sure.

Re: Madbull Prototype Projects
The shotgun shells are in no way cool at all. When someone turns up with a REAL shotgun and these its only a matter of time before they mix up the ammo and someone gets hurt.
